In this series of limited edition bronzes, I am expressing the intensity of my empathy with the vegetal world. They are inspired by the myth of Daphne, as she becomes the Laurel Tree in order to be released from the grip of Apollo, god of the intellectual, logical mind, or as I think of it, the Mechanistic world view.
